I am en route to Louisville, Kentucky, to see the gardens and parks I’ve been hearing about from my friend, Kentucky native and garden designer Jon Carloftis. First stop? 21-C Museum Hotel, for which Jon designed the rooftop garden. Huge vegetable and herb beds supply the hotel’s restaurant Proof on Main with fresh produce. Do It! Go to Louisville
